Buuut for now, I looked a bit and I found this for you, which is really nice. My advice for you would be to try adding thoughts/scenery/etc as well as the dialogue and actions you probably already have. To be honest, when I’m writing super long paras is when I develop my character most. How does you character react to things? What are they thinking when they’re doing something simple? Maybe they can get a flashback and you could write a few sentences about that. Just be creative, let it flow !!!!!! Listening to music for inspiration always helps. Sigh, I wish I were in your situation. Usually I have trouble with keeping my para replies short, because I tend to ramble a lot.

Are you one of the co admins? I would talk to the main admin, maybe the other co admins as well; if the admins don’t care about the RP, I’m not sure if there’s much you can do. Maybe have a few fun, party-like events so they can get to know each other? Is it just certain members ignoring others? Maybe send out warnings, and reopen roles if it comes down to it.
Blah. Sorry I couldn’t be much help. I’ve (thankfully) never been in a situation like that.
